Delta Cast® - Range of low cement castable products (LCC)
TheDelta Cast® range of low cement castable products is based on low cement technology.
The products will require the least possible addition of water to achieve optimum flow characteristics.

Delta Chem® - Range of chemically bonded products (CB)
The Delta Chem® is a range of chemically bonded refractory products.
Some of theses products are entirely cement free and contains no CaO. This results in products with exceptionally impressive physical and chemical properties, especially at high temperatures.
Some products are supplied as a two-component system, and if prepared according to mixing and installation instructions, products are easy to install, and very forgiving with regards to curing and pre-heating.

Delta Cover® - Range of insulating cover products
The Delta Cover® range of insulating cover products is designed to be specifically applied onto liquid metals or alloys as an insulation cover, in order to prevent heat loss during treatment, handling, or teeming and to keep the ladle/furnace/tundish free from slag or scull formation.
In order to achieve the least amount of temperature loss, the products are generally based on low-density raw materials with high melting temperatures.

Delta Crete® - Range of conventional castable products (CC)
The Delta Crete® is a range refractory castable products is based on the conventional hydraulically bonded refractory technology.
These products are easy to prepare and install, and very forgiving with regards to curing and pre-heating.

Delta Fiber Crete® - Range of composite castables
The Delta Fiber Crete® is a range refractory composite products of stainless steel and ceramic matrix.
The stainless steel needles provide the thermal shock resistance and the ceramic matrix acts as the binder system.
The composition of the ceramic matrix and the grade of stainless steel can be adjusted for application.
The maximum service temperature range is 1200°C.
The additions to the ceramic matrix determines important physical properties, and we may incorporate minerals and materials such as spinel, tabular alumina, corundum, fused alumina, andalusite, SiC, zircon, zirconia, green chrome oxide, magnesia and others.
These products are only supplied and sold as precast shapes. In order to make the precast, we require end user supplied drawings.

Delta Fill® - Range of tap hole filling materials
The Delta Fill® range of tap hole filling products is designed to act as tap hole-filling agent, which must prevent any metal from entering and obstructing the tap hole.
Applications include electric arc furnaces equipped with eccentric bottom tap holes, converters, as well as ladles.
The products are based on a wide range raw materials, and normally supplied ready for use.
In some case, the client will add some of his/her own additives on site to obtain some special and unique characteristics.

The Delta Floc® range of products is designed for coagulating molten slag in ladles and furnaces.
This makes for quick and total removal of all slag.

The Delta Pump® range of pumpable refractory products is designed for conveyance between the mixer and the point of installation along a pipe, which is connected to either a squeeze or piston pump. This makes for quick and easy installation of big volumes of castables.. Some products have a very fines particle size which makes it ideal to be pumped into gaps behind the steel shell and the refractory lining or cooler plates/staves.

The Delta Ram® range of refractory ramming products is based acid or basic raw materials, and is normally supplied pre-wetted with all the binders mixed in, ready for use.
